Hi my husband will be getting an intra company transfer and will soon be moving to US, most probably on L1 visa. as I understand i will be able to work if i get L2 visa and EAD. I want to know when can i apply for EAD, can it be done from India or has to be filed once in US. also how much time does it generally take to get EAD. Are there chance that your EAD gets rejected
