Hello all , please suggest . I came from India on l1b and later converted to l1a and attorney applied for eb2 and it got i140 approved with priority date 2022 . Attorney applied for h1b and didn’t get selected from last 4-5 attempts and my l1a will max out on Jan 2025 . In 2014 I got h1b lottery but the employer didn’t submit the RFE as it was on employer and case was denied .
can I revive that h1b and use for my current company ? Any way out not to go back India and continue over here ?
