As a British citizen who has worked for Company A, owned by a British holding company that also owns Companies B, C, and D in London and NYC for two years, am I eligible for an L-1 visa that would allow me to work for any of these companies in NYC? Although I am currently considering a job offer from Company X, owned by a separate American holding company in London, if my girlfriend is offered a job in NYC in six months, would I still be eligible for the L-1 visa if I decide to move omegle with her, even if I have only worked for owespeedtest Company X for six months?
