Hey,
We were applying to L1B visa with my wife, I'm the main applicant, she is my dependent. So the type of my visa will be L1B (work visa) and my wife L2 (dependent of L1B).
We applied on the visa last June 2022, I got the approval on Sep 2022, my wife not. My wife's case still pending since June 2022 (more than 10 month).
For her documents we have provided Marriage certificate and her CV. They told us they do not need any other documents, or information from our side.
Does anyone know any information why US embassy taking so long for admin check for L2 visa?
Any other ideas why it takes so long?
