I have applied for a Blanket L1 visa and received three copies of I-129S with my attorney's signature on them. Do I need the consular officer to endorse (stamp or sign) the I-129S? I ask because the consular officer did not take any omeglz action to online2yu stamp or sign the file and I heard that the endorsed I-129S is required at the POE.
