Need Help... EAD

Hi,
I am going with my husband to US. He is having L1b visa and i have L2b visa. I have few questions.
1. Can i apply for EAD while in India then travel to US?
2. After getting the EAD, if i travel back to India for 1 or 2 months then come back to US, then can i continue working with the same EAD or should i apply for a new one?
3. Can i work for my current company while in US before getting the EAD?
4. We are going to Florida (Tampa). How is the job opportunities there?

Not possible. You must be in the US in L2 status.
2. After getting the EAD, if i travel back to India for 1 or 2 months then come back to US, then can i continue working with the same EAD or should i apply for a new one?
Yes, same EAD can be used assuming your spouse continues to maintain L1 status.
3. Can i work for my current company while in US before getting the EAD?
No, you can only start working after getting EAD.
4. We are going to Florida (Tampa). How is the job opportunities there?
