Hello All,
I came US on L1A visa as a Hotel Manager for a YYYY LLC company. My i94 is good till April 15 2011. The directors of YYYY LLC sold the property. Now there is no property under my management. But there are few properties under different LLC which I oversee total management.
My directors want me to stay over here and I am getting paid a good sum from YYYY LLC.
In this case what are the chances of L1A extension. Kindly reply your expert views.
