Am I eligible for L1B
Hi,
I worked for a company A for 7 years and this company has sold its IDC division to company B recently. Now, I am working as an employee of Company B and the client is company A.
Company A manager is offering me a job now and he says I am eligible for L1B petition because I worked for "atleast 1 year in the past 3 years" with the company A. The legal department of company A already started process my case for L1B.
My question is, in my understanding L1B is a Intra-company transfer. How am I eligible if I am not working in any child company/branch of Company A ?
