Hi guys,
I’m currently working in the US on a STEM OPT. Wasn’t selected on 3 H1B lotteries so my employer is planning to send me back to my country of origin (Korea) to bring me back on a L1B visa a year after.
That being said, I’ve been doing research about it and have noticed that YOE seems pretty important. I only have a bachelors in Computer Engineering and 3 YOE currently, will be 4 YOE by the time I apply for L1B. I’ve talked to some attorneys in Korea and they all seem very skeptical about my chances but my company’s you**** attorneys(Fragomen) gave a go for this plan so I’m a little confused due to a conflicting opinion.
So I was just wondering if anyone has gone through a similar situation as me, some tips or advices would be appreciated, thanks!
