H1 to L1 Change of status and L2 dropbox eligibility
Hi Everyone,
I had a question regarding the way to apply for a dropbox appointment. Let me begin with giving some details on my situation.
I am currently working in the US on an H1B and have a petition filed for change of status to L1A(individual, not blanket). Once it gets approved I will be travelling back to India to get the L1A visa stamped
By that time, I will have married to my fiancée who will then be applying for an L2 to then move with me to the US.
Both of us have a valid B1/B2 visa (And individually meet the dropbox criteria on the CGI website. for instance, never been rejected before etc.)
In this situation, can I book a combined appointment (with mine for L1 and my spouse added as a dependent) for dropbox?
Or should my spouse get a separate appointment?
