L1 Blanket Rejected Now Applying L1 Individual

Dear All,

My L1B Visa is rejected with 221g blue slip on October 20th. Now my employer filed Individual Petition and now its got approved from USCIS.

Please tell me what is posibility to get my VISA and is there any impact for me due to the first denial.

The rejection of one visa should not have any impact on the other as long as the reason for the rejection is not you. Lot of people have got their L1 individual stamped successfully after a denied L1 blanket.

1) Carry all the required doucments.

2) Carry a file where you can fetch any document requested without having to search through your bundle of other documents and waste the VO's time.

3) Attend the interview with confidence.

When I was attended the L1B - Blanket interview they asked about my salary in India and US, my duties here and the way I gained the specialized knowledge.

Now I am going for L1 - Individual interview. This time also they will ask the same question.

Also please let know possible level for my VISA with L1 individual petition.

Mine is also a same case . I am waiting for individual petition approval.

I got RFE and replied back to USCIS with the proofs. Did you get any RFEs or its approved directly?

Hi,

My company assigned a US Based Immigration team for my Indivisual Petition. So My attorney did everything for me and gave me the final Approved petition to me.

I dont know much about USCIS process.
