Hi,
I came to US first on 26th May 2007 on my L1b (blanket) visa, stayed for 3 months and left to India. Then again i came back on Dec 5th 2008 ( after 15 months stay in India) and left on April 24th 2010 ( as my visa was valid only till May 2010).
My employer applied for a new L1 B (individual) visa, which is valid till Sep 2013. when i traveled this time (on Nov 20th 2010), my I94 expiry date was given only till May 26th 2012, considering my first date of entry. I wasn't given a chance to explain to the CBF officer that my stay was not continuous since May 27th 2007.
Questions:
1. will i qualify to reapply for correcting my I 94 expiry date.
2. If so, hw do i do it?
3. Any other suggestions for my case???
