L1B Interview

Hi
I have my H1B Approved from some company A but not stamped in 2009.
Now I have to go for L1B Interview from some company B.Is there chances of rejection on the basis that i have i already have h1b approved?
Also consul will ask question relating to my H1b approval?

No issues. Each application is independent. There will be no questions on H1B when you go for L1. If asked, give them the reason why you were unable to use that H1B.
