With regards to the question of “ Have you ever used other names ( I.e. maiden , religious,professional ,Alia’s ,etc.)” , do we need to select “ Yes” if we use shortened name with colleagues and in emails?
For example , if we use “ Ash” , short for “ Ashwini” in the office - verbally and on emails but all documents use full given name.
