L2 VISA Holder. Passport expiring in June 2011

Hello All
I am here in US on L1B VISA and my wife is having L2 visa valid until Jun 13. Since her passport validity is until Jun 2011, I have to apply for fresh passport to indian consulate. List of documentation for dependent is not clear from Indian Consulte website. Can you please let me know what documents are required as Address proof for her? Will Utility bill on my name will be alright?

My spouse is in USA on an L1 visa and I have a dependent L2 visa. My passport expires in April, 2012. Hence, I would like to get my Passport reissued.

I checked your website for the details regarding the same. The website states that I need a proof of residence as a supporting document.

As I am a dependent in USA, all the address proofs (like Phone bill, Bank Statement etc) are in the name of my spouse. None of these residence proofs have my name on it. In such a case, how do I provide a proof of residence for myself ? Can I use my spouse's residence proof for the application ?
