Travelling 2 years after L1 got stamped

My friend got L1 Blanket stamped before 2 year. she did not travel yet. will there be any problem at the port of entry ?

btw, what questions they might ask at port of Entry?

Two of my Brother's colleagues faced problems at port of entry. The officials asked them to return as they are traveling 6 months after the day of stamping their H1.

May be because they did not have proper paperwork. It is not illegal to wait and travel after a while as long as the job exists and the petition is good.
