Hi,
I am on a L1A visa working and residing in USA. My firm also has applied for I140. This was all done with my Indian passport. Recently I got my Canadian citizenship. I am in the process of getting my Canadian passport. Below are my questions,
1. If I loose my job, what are my options?
2. Can I continue to stay in the USA and get a job? If I can stay, then for how long? as a tax payer and non-tax payer?
3. Will there be any challenges in getting TN visa since the firm has file I140 for me?
4. what will happen to my I 140 process?
