Hey! After a trip to America this summer, I’m exploring whether my US based company will support an L1 Visa transfer and I’d love any insights or information from anyone with experience here.
From initial conversations to move date; what time period can/does this look like? Can anyone recommend which L1 Visa would be best? Immigration lawyer will be likely; but anything to keep in mind for forms? What is the interview process like? Will the company incur fees with this, or is there anything else I should consider as a potential blocker from their end?
Has anyone else initiated this conversation with their company or does the company usually need to be the one to ask?
