RFE received in L1A Work petition

My company has filed L1A work petition form I129 and now we have received notice for RFE with 3 queries. What are the chances that it will get approved. Anyone recently got approval after RFE ?

Depends on what are the nature of questions - are they just confirmatory or investigative type questions?

After 3 months of submitting rebuttal to RFE, petition got approved! approved on 2nd Feb 2024.
