L1-B visa with I-140 approval
Hello,
I was on H1B visa when my employer filed for I-140. But it was not approved during the 6 year H1B limit. So, I moved to a different country with the same employer(a subsidiary company in different country) to comply with visa rules.
But my I-140 got approved few months ago while I was out of US. And now my employer has initiated L1-B visa application to move me back to US since I completed 1 year out of US.
Since my I-140 is approved will it affect my L1-B application in any way? I did mention in DS-160 that my US based employer applied for I-140.
