Regarding Fraud Detection fees to be paid at Chennai consulate for L1b visa

I have been trying to research about how to pay Fraud prevention and detection fees for my L1B visa interview, i want to pay this fee using DD so can anyone please let me know whom should the DD be favored and also how much amount need to be paid (current consular conversion rate is 1$=84Rs)
