Duration of India Vacation Stay on L1
I am on L1 and planning to visit India during March'24 and do the stamping and return to US. I have already secured dropbox and that is on the next day of my landing at India. What is the maximum duration of stay once should normally spend at India during this event? 4/5 weeks? I learnt somewhere that longer the duration of stay at India more questions may be asked on return to US at port of entry to revalidating on the employment related questions etc. Please help with your experience.
