COS from H1b to L2 - Urgent

Hi

I am currently on H1b and my husband is on L1A. I would like to apply for change of status to L2. Could you please let me know what all documents i need to submit along with I-539 and the procedure to apply for EAD?

Documents with I-539,
Copies of your I-94, passport and H1 petition approval notice, paystubs, W2.
Copies of your spouse's I-94, passport and L1 petition approval notice, paystubs, W2.
Copy of marriage certificate.

EAD application I-765 can be filed along with the I-539.
