L1b extension petition approved

Can some tell me did any one attended the interview with an approved petition(L1B extension) and is it for sure that it will be approved or do we have declines as well?

Everyone need to have an approved petition to attend the visa interview for H1b / L1. Search and read about posts related to "221g" or "admin processing" in immihelp. Just getting the petition approved by USCIS doesn't guarantee you a visa. If so, there will be no need for a visa interview at the U.S Consulate.
