L2 to L1 when i140 is pending

Can my spouse who is on L2 apply for an L1 when our i140 is pending (I have applied for it but it’s not approved; her name is on the i140)?

My wife is filing form I-140 for her EB-2 application. I'm going to work in the US next year on a TN visa. We're just wondering that if she states I will apply for adjustment of status as a beneficiary on her I-140 form, would that result in my TN visa being denied https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/ ?

Pjssep: Your wife can apply for a change of her visa status irrespective of the pendency of the I-140 Petition.

m1unch: There should not be a negative impact on your TN Visa. However, if your I-485 green card application or immigrant visa application is pending at the time that you plan to enter the US in TN visa status, that would likely not work.
