My last date of employment on L1 Visa is 31st Jan 2010. And I am flying on the same date 31st. Due to severe weather in Europe most of the flights are getting canceled. If I am not able to fly on 31st, will I be out of status (assume there is a delay of 2-3 days)? Anything I need to do to ensure that I do not run into issue when I enter US again?
I-94 valid till Aug 2012.

As long as the I-94 is valid (No illegal stay), a couple of days will not harm you. Try to leave as planned to avoid the out of status. However, if the delay was due to flight geting cancelled, then there is nothing much you could do. It is not going to have any impact. I don't think you need to worry so much.
