status change from B1/B2 to L2

Hi everyone,

I've been living in the US with an L1 visa and I recently got married. My wife arrived in this country with a B1/B2 visa and has been living with me. We'd like to change her status from B1/B2 to L2 while she is in the US. What is the procedure and the paperwork we need for this change. Thanks in advance.

She has to file form I-539 before her I-94 expires. She will need copies of your I-94, petition approval, employment letter, paystubs, W2, copy of her I-94, and copy of marriage certificate.
