L1B Individula or H1B

Hi All,

My L1B-Blanket got rejected in July 2010. My manager is planning to porcess my visa once again. I have a doubt whether to go for L1B individual or H1B?
And which one will take less time?

Both are fine. H1B has 6 year validity compared to L1B which is only for 5 years. With H1B you can transfer to a different employer later. The processing time is the same for both.
