Switch L1A to OLD H1B guide
Hey ,
I came in USA in 2013, worked till 2017 and my H1B extension got denied in 2017 itself. Maximum utilization of this H1B 3.5 Years.
I came in USA again after 2 years of cool off period in 2020. Since then working in L1A individual visa. My employer is not in a position to file GC/I140. My question to you , is there any way i can reinstate the OLD H1B which has 2.5 years left to fully utilize and do change of status since i am in USA only ? If Yes, please share how and what would be the direction. Need your help and support. Thank you!!
