Hi All,
i'm having a L1A visa valid until September 2026 and petition ending June 2024, that has been renewed already and got I-797C already with approval unitl June 2026.
Do i need to go back to my country of origin to ask anyway for a new visa on the passport or that is not required?
Can someone suggest some documentation to refer to? I can't get the right convincing answer nowhere and wondering if there is any official document that can explain this case.
