L1 extension got denied

  • L1 extension got denied

    I work for a small firm in the US. My head office is in asia. I am the heading the US branch
    My L1 extension was denied so was my I-140 application recently. I filed for an MTR but was refused too.

    can i file for my L1 again. what are the chances it will be rejected. Any help is appreciated

        I-94 determines your stay, not the visa.

            Previous rejections will not have much impact although they might review your case a little more closely. L1/H1B are dual intent visas, so intent to migrate is not a problem.

              If I-94 is expired, your stay is illegal.

                Well i have applied for a new L1 again through a different lawyer. they are filing my application with some changes. what are my chances of getting approval after previous rejection. i cant apply for H1 as i am not qualified
