Hello All,
I'm on L1-A visa which is due for extension 01/25. The immigration team at my firm has given the following options:
1) Use Blanket Petition and get extension in your home country (India) - Doesn't work for us since we'll be unable to take a break of 5-6 weeks for this.
2) Use Blanket Petition and get extension in Mexico / Canada: They suggested Mexico.
3) Individual petition through USCIS in US: They mentioned in high RFE chances and it is a long process which I know which all documents to be submitted again.

- Does anyone have recent experience of renewing their visa in Mexico? If so, which consulate would be preferred for someone from New Jersey?
- What is the process? Which forms do I have to fill in?
- Do we need to pay the fees in Mexican pesos? How do I get that done? Any contacts? (The ones I found online didn't seem legit)
- How long does the process take for stamping and getting the visa back for yourself & family?
