L1B less complicated than a L1A?

Got denied for a L1A Managerial although 4 years + specialized company knowledge in multiple systems, processes and + gained market experience (something training cant provide) within the sector.


I was wondering if it was better to reapply with stronger arguments for L1A or aim L1B instead?
