Hello all,
Found this forum very useful hence doing my part by contributing to this thread.
1st week October, biometric appointment. Reach just in time, there is no place to sit. Ince inside they will ask for your passport and DS160 confirmation page
October 3rd week, the big day. You can enter early or lil late but would advise you to reach as soon as you can.
Carry 2 folders, one with mandate docs and additional supporting docs if you get asked for it.
Enable international transactions on credit card or carry DD. I carried cards.
Post waiting for 30 mins finally made it to the interview window. Questions were pretty straightforward like what role you are getting hired for, why you and what will do you.
I explained it as asked and the officer asked me to place my fingers on machine for fingerprints. What a relief, God's grace.
I heard another guy, trying to jump the guns and just answer things the other officer hadn't ask. Maybe out of nervousness which we will were but the officer stopped him.
also vague answer like i know proprietary tool may not work as the other officer very sternly said we get that a lot and asked to elaborate.
Few things that help is clear simple anwers, be polite and having around 3- 4 years experience helps as while waiting in the queue people who got approved had this range of tenure in their base company.
All the best! Jai mata di π
