L1B extension Question.!!!!

Hi,

I’m on L1B Blanket Visa. My Visa and I-94 are expiring on Mar-26-2011. My company is planning to file extension of Visa and I-94 by this month. I understand that Visa extension takes about 2.5 months of processing time. My petition end date is indefinite.
Is it possible to stay and continue to work without valid I-94, just because my company has applied for Visa and I-94 extension?
Can someone help me….

After applying for the L1 extension you are eligible to stay in US for 240 days max.
