I visited US for 5 months on B1 visa from my company.
I was their for training purpose.
Now my client wants me to join them on L1 visa.
I joined my company in feb and will be completing 1 year next month.
Will I be eligible for that as out of 12 months in my company I have been in US for 5 months? which means that I have worked in my Indian office only for 7 months.
During my visit to US I was employed by the Indian branch of my company So my employement will be of one year outside US but I had been in US for 5 months in that tenure.
Please suggest me. This is very important and urgent.
