I’m a Canadian citizen applying for an L1A visa and planning to enter the U.S. through Peace Bridge PoE. I have an approved I-140 (EB1) and previously held an L1A visa (2017-2019). My extension was denied in 2019, and I had to return to Canada.
I’m looking for guidance on potential CBP interview questions related to my previous stay, L1A extension denial, and current visa application.
