Came on L2, not received I94 but details entered in Citizenship db
Hi All,
My friends husband came to US on 31st Dec on L2, he was not given the I94 form to fill but only customs form.
His passport has been stamped but there's no I94. Looks like they stamped it like they do for citizens without any last date of exit.
They realized this 2 days after coming home and rushed to airport to fix this where they were asked to come on xx date and that the data would be corrected in the USCIS db.
They went on the said date and were informed that the data has put corrected BUT not in L2 db, but in citizens db.. and have been asked to come again after a week but no one really knows what should be done.
Please suggest asap.
