EAD processed at Service Center or Field office?
Hi Friends,
I am L2 visa holder and applied for EAD online on USCIS website. Then we sent the documents required to Vermont Service Center (address given on EAD receipt). We got a letter for Biometrics for 05 Jan 2011 which is completed now. For us the field office is Manchester (New Hampshire) where Biometrics was done.
Question:
1. Does the time required to process depend on the queue they have at Field Office (Manchester, NH) or does it depend on the queue at Vermont Service Center (which was the address where we sent documents based on address on receipt)?
2. What is the average time taken for applications submitted on Dec 2010 ?
