L2 Administrative Processing, applied from UK - Can I go to India and apply again?
We are in UK and my wife is on a dependent visa in UK. We applied for L-Blanket visa to US. We had our interview after which I was given the visa where as my wife was informed that there is administrative process needed before she can be given the visa. She was asked to submit her CV, which we did the same day.
After reading so many posts on time required for administrative processing, I am preparing for all scenarios. If we do not get a response in a month, is it possible for my wife to go back to India and apply for L2 or continue with the same application? Because I may have to move out of UK (To US or India) in a month time. If so, what is the process? Anybody had a similar experience?
Any information would be highly appreciated.
