    Can L2 spouse stay in US while L1 works in Canada

    Hi Friends,

    Is it allowed that my spouse on L2 visa can stay in US and continue work on EAD when I (with L1 visa) work in Canada on US payroll for next one year ?

    L1 visa is valid for more than one year now.
