L1B Individual RFE Response

Hi,

I work for a reputed software firm in chennai (India). My employer had filed L1B Individual (with Premium Processing) for me on Dec 3rd 2010. I had received RFE on Dec 17th 2010 and we had filed the response for RFE on Jan 31st 2011.

Can anyone tell me how many days it will take for USCIS to update the status on the petition now (after filing my RFE Response) ?

Any help rendered would be really great and thankful.

10-15 days for Premium processing

viswanathansr - typically it would take 10-15 days however it would be taken on case basis. It may take a month max.
