My H1 was approved and my spouse H4 got denied.My L1 was valid till August.So her L2 was also valid till then .
1. Is she out of status ? We are expecting a baby in one month.Airlines wont let her travel anyway .So not sure what we have to do now .
I think her denial is because of some wrong information .There is no reason it will get denied because she is here with me and is not working .We are waiting for rejection details to come in mail
2. How many days i have to appeal this
3. We were processing my Spouse in-laws-visa (B2) for visit and we already took the appt date for Feb end.Do i have to change this till i get the confirmation ( Even my visa got approved two days back.I dont have my papers yet. In Laws petition was proccessed using my L1/L2)
Please advise .Any info will be very helpful..!!
