Hi,
My wife went for L2B visa on 2nd Feb 2011 in New Delhi but she was handed over pink slip 221(g) for further admin processing. Counselor only checked office documents and never asked for marriage certificate or marriage pictures.
Person at window 21 kept all documents given by my office and her passport and told that she will get her passport in 2-3 weeks. My wife asked her whether it is a refusal, she told her that it is not refusal just a admin process. So does it mean she will get the visa and any idea how much time will it take for admin processing to be over?
Currently I am in US on L1B.
