L1 Individual Rejected , Can Apply L1 Blanket?

My L1 Individual petition went to RFE Phase and was denied by USCIS stating

'In the denial, USCIS held that the proposed work did not require specialized knowledge and that the employee, did not possess specialized knowledge.'

Is it possible to apply L1 Blanket right away?

I have 15yrs of Education (B.Sc Computer Science - 3yrs) and 4.5 Years of exp in the same company.

Guess you petitioned for L1B or L1A?

You should think very well before applying for L1B or L1A Blanket petition because it may still be denied. However, there are better ways to handle denial issue.

Could you stated the USCIS REF details and your response details to such and all reasons given by the USCIS for the denials.

What are your job functions in your company at home and what supporting documents did they provide for you to submit with the initial petition.
