L2 Visa want to apply for EAD category (a)(18) missing

Hi All,

I am having an L2 Visa and wish to apply for an EAD. When i searched through the instruction's file from USCIS i found the category (a)(18) is missing.

Does this mean that L2 Visa holders can't apply for EAD anymore as the instructions form has been revised on 23rd Nov 2010.

Kindly help to throw more light on this issue. Also it would be great if any one who has appilied for EAD in the month of December 2010 & had the EAD approved can also share their experience.

Your help and advice in this regard will be highly helpful for me. Thanks in advance.
