Hi All,
I had my appointment with US embassy on Feb-8 2011 at New Delhi.My visa got rejected stating the reason " YOUR BLANKET L-1 APPLICATION IS NOT CLEARLY APPROVABLE UNDER SECTION 8 CF 214.2(I)(ii)(D) & INA 101(a)(15)(L), & HAS BEEN REFUSED UNDER SECTION 221(g) OF THE INA.
The visa officer just asked me few simple questions & told me that he deny my visa application & told me to apply in L1 individual or H1 & handed over a blue form.
Is there any ground for rejection? And what is the time period to re-apply for L1 individual? Can any one from the forum guide me.
