Hi,
I came to USA on 10-Oct-2010 with my spouse and kid, my I-94 and petition will expire by 10-May-2011.But my company said they will process I-94 extension for all three of us(including family) and no need to go India. I have submitted all the documents last month and its under process. I would like to know how long it will take for total process, and also what are the chances of RFE or rejection. Under what circumstances they would ask for RFE or reject the extension?
Please let me know if some one have any experience on this.
