L2B Visa Expiration date

Hi,


My wife applied for L2B visa and she got 221g pink slip. After admin process she got her passport back with valid visa from 17th Feb 2011 till 30 March 2011. My L1B visa is expiring on 30 March 2012.


My wife got visa for just 40 days. Could this be a possibility that it could be a misprint? As I have heard that L2B visa expiration date is same as L1B expiration date.


If they ask to submit the passport any idea how much days it will take for re-stamp.

If they ask to submit the passport can we go and submit in embassy itself or do we need to submit to vfs? Also will it be complete processing again or just rectifying the error and no additional fee.
