L2 Visa immigration issue

Hi,

Currently I m working & I am planning to fly on L2 & later plan for EAD. My wife is in US on L1. please provide me the following info.
1. Do I need to show my current work exp while filling L2 application.
2. Do I require to carry any doc or NoC from my current company for visa interview.
3. If my company not ready for NoC/ long leave, then what are the alternatives.
4. If my L2 approved, & if I fly then Do I have any restriction at immigration check for fly back?

Yes. Never hide anything anyway.
2. Do I require to carry any doc or NoC from my current company for visa interview.
Not needed.
3. If my company not ready for NoC/ long leave, then what are the alternatives.
Quit the job, postpone travel, go on a short trip.
4. If my L2 approved, & if I fly then Do I have any restriction at immigration check for fly back?
Yes, according to I-94, which will be based on spouse's petition/I-94.
